Just moved to a smaller apartment from Building 3 to Building 1....very happy with the new apartment even though it is smaller. The layout of the apartment is very convenient and makes use of the space so that you do not feel cramped.

Love everything except the aggressive parking policy, lots of activities to keep residents engaged and make it feel like a community, plenty of amenities, plenty of separate cooking areas so a party doesn't take up the only grill area

Overall, I have had a great experience. Friendly onboarding experience from Marcos, and smooth transition. The apartment is clean and nice, with great maintenance service. Some minor issues with Dog Poop, but overall, it is a happy place, And the staff ensures that there are plewnty of fun events for the residents. I think it is a great place to live. Beautiful views too!

I had a great experience, from the very first interaction. Setting up a property tour, actually going on the tour, the application process, Move-In, and after moving in the follow up to make sure everything is well. This is a nice community. I really enjoy the amenities. Parking is insanely strict. They will tow you for simply backing in to your spot. So make sure you pay attention to the extensive parking rules. Other than that, the community has been pretty nice.

Move in was smooth and while we did encounter a few issues maintenance was lightning fast at fixing all our concerns. The complex is so well maintained and it's so refreshing living in such a great community so far. Staff has been wonderful, we had an issue with the Luxor lockers and the leasing office fixed it within a week and the communication between leasing management and tenants is fantastic always alerting us if there's issues or how they can make our experience better

Great place for worry-free living. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond. Free lattes available by a barista that is extremely talented. Leasing staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Overall I like the community, the neighbors look out for each other, everyone is nice, and inviting. To be honest, there are a lot of pets in the complex and you can not tell until you see the fur babies saying hello on the elevator or outside, not what I was expecting when the community neighbors have mini families.

Overall it is very nice and well kept. My only complaints are the public trash cans not being emptied more often/not having more available so they don’t overflow and some of the game room amenities being damaged (pool sticks and ping pong palls). Otherwise a beautiful, peaceful property with helpful staff!

The property management team has always been helpful in addressing any questions/concerns we've had and their maintenance team is very responsive to requests. Solstice is the first apartment i had moved into. When I took the tour with Marcos, I knew this was the apartment I wanted to move in to. He was very helpful, even during moving in. Also, Josmaryl was very helpful with the process application process. The amenities, location, and how great everything looks was the reason I applied right away after the tour. When searching others apartments, noting really stood out like solstice.

The apartment is great. Big bright and beautiful. The square footage is more than our old two bedroom two story condo we lived in. The sound proofing is amazing. We have never had issue with hearing our neighbors. The parking is fantastic and never have struggled with not finding one close to our door. We have been having trouble with our washer and dishwasher since December when we moved in and needed new ones we finally got a new dishwasher a few days ago(it’s June) and we are still struggling with our washer. The dog park gate is always broken and there are a ton of mosquitoes because of the pond. Over all this is a great apartment complex just a bit slow to get some things fixed.

Apartment units are great with thick walls (you barely can hear neighbors). Nice tall ceilings. The gym is probably one of the best apartment complex gyms in Orlando. Pool is great and well maintained. HIIT classes were great. Some maintenance concerns with the treadmills/other gym equipment and the dog park, and some resident concerns (regarding picking up dog poop, re-racking at gym, and trash around the property), but beyond that, this is a great place to live.

I have lived here around three years and love it here for so many reasons. I appreciate so much how safe, peaceful and quiet it is in this community. The management is on point and detail oriented. The maintenance here holds a tight ship. Anytime I put in a maintenance request, they promptly follow thru and communicate, far exceeding my expectation. The staffs at the front desk are genuinely kind and friendly and contribute to the overall pleasant vibe of this place. It really feels like a community when they host pool parties with food and great music. They keep up with pest control, landscaping, maintenance and overall cleanliness. The apartments are beautiful too!

I really do love solstice. The apartment itself is amazing, maintenance is very friendly and quick to fix anything. The pool is one of my favorite amenities along with the grills. The gym is 24/7 and has a lot of machines and space inside which is great. Moving in was super fast and easy, my leasing manager moved things along very quickly. And they have events all the time, like smoothie days, Havana nights, pizza nights and more. Everyone is super friendly and if you need anything, the leasing office is quick to reply. Love it here! Not to mention the location is great next to two big plazas with two Publix on either side a mile away. The only thing I would really like are cameras outside all the buildings facing the parking lots for safety because my car was stolen the first two weeks being here. And I heard someone else was too. Or maybe a gate. But other then that everything has been going great!

The community is looking and feeling great. I love the power washing and the new paint. The gym looks really great. The barista is always friendly and the last community event was a great turn out! Havana nights was a great theme and I loved the Cuban food/drinks and flamenco dancer! They also send text messages to remind you that events are happening in the club house. Maintenance crew are friendly and willing to help.

Love my place and that the complex holds events for their residents. Main wish would be for better quiet hours. Not only do we get several residents having drunk nights on their balconies at odd hours (maybe a night security person would help?), but the 7am noise allowance is super early to have dogs just let out to bark for hours from their balcony with no consequence for bad training. It just seems a bit inconsiderate. Especially for a tourist town where people often work late hours. We’re too tired for a bark alarm! Noise aside, love the place.

Beautiful community, great staff, and great amenities. Love how there is a different event every month. Pool, jacuzzi, grills etc., is always kept clean with chemicals night. Would love to see the paw park potty bags restocked more often. Also, it would be nice if we have everyone clean up after their dogs in the neighborhood and dog park every time their dogs use the restroom. It’s great to see maintenance ride around and wave hello from one building to the next they do on a regular basis. Love the rainfall shower head in my apartment and the brands of each appliance is durable. Great storage space and great location.

I've never lived in a complex that the staff has been hands on with every detail of the complex, I love how the staff actually puts events together and the residents are involved, I love how the residents here are actually friendly, they hold doors open for you when your hands are full, everyone communicates together, and most importantly I feel safe walking the hall and coming in the building. I couldn't had asked for a better complex to live at than Solstice.

Only things that for me are missing are the ability to use the pool later that sundown and that in the winter months it be heated along with a need for a professional Plate Loaded angled Leg Press in the gym. I relocated from a lakefront Condo in Chicago to Orlando, Florida in the springtime and Solstice staff made my move more pleasant. The amenities and grounds here are lovely and even though I don't have my lake view, I do enjoy the pool and pond view. The apartments are fairly large and most importantly, well sound-proofed. We like that. Small maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Neighbors seem friendly. The staff is friendly and seems quite good at their jobs. The amenities are plentiful, but they are not attended to properly. For instance, the golf simulator doesn't work or we can't figure out how to get it to work. The software program that runs the simulator is a trial program, not a paid program. At last check, there was only one ping-pong paddle available in the game room. Of the two grills by the pool, one of them did not work at all and the other one did not get hot enough to cook a steak. Suffice it to say, the amenities good be better maintained. Also, the hallway on the fourth floor of Building One smells when you get off the elevator. I think that things like that should be checked on a daily basis. Overall though, we enjoy the apartments immensely.

The apartment interior is awesome. Beautiful kitchen and floorplan. The amenities here are top notch. Maintenance is always happy to help. The only downside is that some dog owners are still not picking up after their pet. Poor reflection of them, not the community.

The apartment interior cannot be beat. Great floorplan, fantastic design choices. The building set up, overlooking the pond and walkway, is pretty and relaxing. The fitness room is very nice and open 24/7. Above all, the maintenance department is attentive and prompt to address any resident issue.

I first moved in to Solstice in the July August timeframe. From the beginning, the staff and maintenance staff have been top notch. They are attentive to your needs, inform and keep you aware of Solstice Living, and are genuine in the way they approach their work. The building, community, and amenities are inviting and a real plus to living at Solstice. Lastly, the staff are willing to go out of their way to try and find resolutions to issues and communicative in their progress regardless of the outcome. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relocate to this area in Orlando. I am satisfied with my decision to give this organization my business. Aloha!

the only negative experience I have had is with the spa/pool amenities. the doors have been locking very early (around 4pm) therefore there's no way in or out and even the bathroom becomes inaccessible which does not make a lot of sense.

I think the gym is getting really bad. Almost every trill mill is out of order. That was one of the amenities that made me move here, they should take care of that
