What size apartments do you offer?
We offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.
Is Solstice Apartments a pet-friendly community?
Yes! We strive to provide a great home for all of our residents, including those with four legs, regardless of breed or weight. Our community features a dog park, pet spa, and walking paths for your furry friends to explore and play. Contact the leasing office for more details.
What amenities does Solstice offer?
Solstice offers our residents the very best in luxury amenities. Enjoy access to our resort-style pool, 24/7 fitness center, indoor spa and cold plunge, outdoor lounge with grill stations, hammock garden, and more.
What services are additional to the monthly rental payment?
Pest control ($5), trash valet ($30) and parking ($10) are added to base rent monthly. Your water/sewer is variable and also added to monthly statement.
Do you offer secured access to the community?
Yes, we do! Our community is equipped with controlled access entry points to ensure your safety and peace of mind, including private garages.
What are your office hours?
Mon, Wed, Thurs: 10am – 7pm Tues, Fri: 10am – 6pm Sat: 10am – 5pm Sun: Closed
